Can an extract generate the 4 different templates based on different conditions

Hi all,

I am working on a requirement where I have to generate 4 different templates based on the different condition. I have built the extract which is fetching all the data.

Four conditions are like below:

Template Body:

For condition1:

Dear [Tag1],

I am writing to confirm that the number of hours you work has changed to [Tag2] per week with effect from [Tag3].

Details of this amendment are shown in the attached Part 1.

As this is a notification of amendment to your contract of employment, it is advisable to keep it in a safe place together with your contract. All other terms and conditions remain as per your contract of employment.
