DFF not showing in Notifications

Summary:

We have enabled and deployed DFF's in the non-catalog request form and the enrolment details form.

The DFFs display on the approval notification, but do not display the corresponding values selected by the learner for each dropdown. Therefore the additional information obtained by using the DFF is not displayed in the notification.

Content (required):

  • Using flexfield code WLF_LEARNING_REQUEST_DFF
  • The DFFs display on both forms and the Learner is able to select the relevant values from dropdown lists.
  • The DFFs show the values selected by the learner in Learning Assignment.
  • This was working prior to 22C release
