Calculations/Formulas for Zoomed-In column-cells

Content (required):

Formulas on quarters not working for month columns when user zooms-in the QTR (some formulas refer same column but many are referring different columns/another grid as well). Is there a way to make these calculations work for the zoomed-in column-cells as well?

Also we have a variance section of the quarters and users are asking for zoom-in there as well to see monthly variance. Is it possible to apply zoom-in on formula columns?
