A newly defined Priority 1 work definition is not picked-up on the Make Planned Order. It is working okay for older work definitions. What is that I might be missing for this work definition?

Sorry if it appears to be a basic question but I am stuck and unable to move forward with a scenario that I need to recreate for a SEV 1 SR.
