Why my block storage terminated (Free tier)?

Summary:

In April, 2022 I created VM (free tier). Then added block storage of 200GB (free tier) mounted to that VM.

Today, I found that the state of the block storage is "terminated". Looking at the metric, it appears the termination happens on Aug, 24, 2022 21:50 UTC

I didn't get any notifications, warning. I can't find any logs and reasons for why that happened.

VM still works.

Why the block storage was terminated? How can I restore the data?


Update:

While digging logs (Observability -> Audit), I found DELETE request and reference to ticket.
