    Message "The functionality to restrict access to security related objects isn't enabled" when importing HDL user role assignment file

    Content (required):

    Business objets "User" and "UserRole" component detail have the folowing value:

    Data Loading Restricted: The ability to upload data using this object is restricted.

    I dont know if it is the root cause.

    The HDL layout is something like this:

    METADATA|User|PersonNumber|RoleCommonName|AddRemoveRole

    MERGE|User|136|ORA_FND_INTERNAL_AUDITOR_JOB|ADD
