Assigning course again through Initiatives
Summary:
Hi ,
We have 2 courses. Course A and Course B.
We have a requirement where a course B (assignment valid for 2 years) needs to be assigned again and again to the team member. Based on when Course A is completed, an employee needs to be re-assigned the course B through initiative before the previous assignment of Course B expires.
We created an initiative to filter the population based on prerequisite criteria.
1. Complete Course A.
2. Ran the reconciliation process. Course B got assigned with the validity of 2 years
3. Completed Course A again.
4. Check the analysis report. The employee is picked in the report.
