Intermittent Web Clock Issue
Summary: Has anyone been experiencing intermittent issues when Employees try to use the web clock?
Some of our Employees have reported that it takes several attempts for their time to be recorded on their timecard. Sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes before their time is record. Apparently the issue has been occurring for a while (before 22C) but we've only been notified of this issue now. It is occurring for a handful of users.
Our interim fix is to have them logout, delete their browser cache, and login to try again. It seems to work for a day or two and then the issue recurs.
