Hi all! Is there a fast formula to calculate seniority date based on assignment status? Let's suppose I am changing the assignment status to Leave-No payroll for 6months. And then after 6 months I again change the status to Active-Payroll Eligible. So the seniority date should not calculate the 6 months.
