Unable to cancel SO line

Summary:

We are getting the below error when trying to split line.


Order management rejected the revision because the request to apply a hold on order line 2 failed for task Shipment, with error: The request cannot be processed because the sales order or sales order line does not exist.. (DOO-2686103)



Content (required):


We are currently using WMS for shipping and leveraging OIC to integrate with WMS. Below is the scenario :

  1. Plan Order in OTM
  2. Generate shipment request triggered to WMS
  3. WMS partially ships the SO quantity
  4. Line is split at INV and SO level
  5. Cancel the Split line -- getting the error at this point.
