Hi,

The user unable to create surrogate response for the second supplier,he received the following message: ''you can not perfom this action on the selected records'', i think the response was created already but he unable to update the Response of the second supplier, he got the previous error message as shown on the attached print screens,the last activity of this supplier was viewd negotation, Kindly advise.

Note:

Negotation : 2 stages

Both of suppliers are spend authoraized and has user account
