Summary:

Hello,

We have a client requirement to configure approvals for some Learn transactions (LearningItemApproval specifically) to utilize a Single Participant type. So that all users with the applicable representative type receive the approval which must then be claimed and approved. It appears all the Learning workflows are set to Serial and appear unable to be changed. Has anyone had similar requirements or come up with a possible workaround?
