Is there a way to view the changes associated with a Lease Amendment?

Summary:

Lease Accounting Amendments are sent for approval but there is very little details included in the notification to indicate exactly what was changed. The user is able to navigate to the Lease page and View Changes but this does not call out the fields that were updated. In order to compare the before and after, the approver has to open both versions and compare field by field. Is there any report or configuration that can be leveraged to make the changed fields clear to the Approver?
