Since Oracle removed the ability to secure person records by workforce structures, what is the best approach to secure person records by legal employer for a role like HR Specialist?
To me it seems like a custom SQL query would be the easiest - but I am seeing discussion that use of Area of Responsibility may be a better approach.
However, are there any downfalls to using Area of Responsibility?
