DFF value set not correctly fetching the respective GBPA's in RFQ (Negotiation/AWARD) screen

Summary:

Enabled a DFF for GBPA number in RFQ (Negotiation/AWARD) screen. This DFF is based on a Value Set which is fetching data from Multiple tables " po_headers_all, poz_suppliers_v, fun_all_business_units_v, poz_supplier_sites_v". Which used to work in the past, but now it is showing all the GBPAs which are available.

Currently it is fetching all the GBPA numbers belongs all the BU (Business Units). Our need is to filter / show only specific to that BU & Supplier combination which is providing in the RFQ.

Raised SR 3-29029117471 : Need dependent Value Set for DFF - I was told this is out of scope for Oracle Support and suggested me to submit a question in Cloud Customer Connect.
