How to access the sample XML for the Printable Expense Report Template?

I need to customise the Printed Expense Report Template to suit client's requirements.

I understand that the seeded report does not have an associated Data Model as Expenses does not work that way. but I need the sample XML for the report to progress this requirement.

There is a note on MOS that supposedly provides the XML (Document ID: 1540475.1) but that seems to be out-dated/incorrect.
