Is it possible to have a custom duplication check setting in Oracle HCM

Is it possible to have a custom duplication setting in Oracle HCM (last name AND first name AND phone number OR home address OR email?)

While integrating from our recruiting app into Oracle HCM, we have dup errors.

Currently our Oracle duplicate setting as it is (Last Name, Full First Name, Date of Birth, Gender or National ID) - we need to find the solution when the duplicate check will be conducted by last name, first name (possible address/email/ phone number combos).

Any idea if we can place these custom dub check setting like :

• last name AND first name AND phone number
