Is it possible to translate Geography Details (City , County , Address Line 1 ,2 Postcode etc.) from English to some other Language (e.g. Chinese)?

We have loaded Geography Details for country in English and no issue with this. The requirement and expectation is that if we change user's session language to some other Language (e.g. Chinese) then address LOV values on various pages (Hire , Personal Details Page) should be changed to respective language.

My analysis is - Geography Details cannot be translated from one language to other language but wanted to check within this community to get a confirmation on it.
