Add Learners using 'Person Number List' option

Hello Experts,

Please let me know if you have run into any roadblocks with the maximum number of Learners that can be added using 'Person Number List' option using csv, excel or text file.

Besides the consideration for leading zeroes formatting, is a particular person number list file format preferred over another.

I could not find any Oracle documentation on the count limit for the number of learners that can be added in a single file using this option.

Any guidance / pointers with respect to count limit is appreciated.
