Password Reset (default email address changed by hackers) after all my passwords stolen

Content (required): Please help to restore my original default (Administrator role) email address for my tenancy after someone stole my saved passwords from Chrome and changed the Administrator email address in Identity Domain to their own in order to reset passwords. I have also credit card info there and since it is a Free Tier account it seems I cannot raise a service request to revert to originally verified email addresses. Also explain how to remove credit/debit card info if someone steals you tenancy credentials? They may incur illegal charges. username:
