Build a report showing Employee Pension Details

I am trying to build a report with the below field requirements but keep getting more than one row for employees.

Also I am struggling to find the Pension Name and the opt out date.

I need the original assignment start date which I think is located in the Workforce Management - Workforce Assignment Event Real Time but can't get the subject areas to connect.

Can anyone help or advise where I can find a similar report to work from?

  • Assignment Number
  • Worker Payroll Name
  • Active Qualifying Scheme Name
  • Qualifying Scheme Start date
