How to get worker type and assignment attributes within security notification templates?

Within security console, we have setup a new user event notification. The notification currently triggers for all type of persons (employees, contingent workers, etc.)

Path of the notification template:  Navigator -> Tools : Security Console -> User Categories -> Default -> Notification

We would like to restrict the notifications to be triggered only for employees. Also we have a business requirement to put different messages based on certain assignment DFF attributes. Is there a way we can identify the worker type and assignment attribute values within the notification template?

The current template wording run something like this:
