Is there a way I can issue Non Stock Item to Manufacturing Work Order?

Summary:

We need to have like a service charge on a Work Order. I was planning to issue an Non Stock item which has a Std Cost associated with it.

Unfortunately system is not allowing me to Issue Non Stock Item to Work Order

Just wanted to check if there is any setup missing.

Appreciate if anyone has a better Idea to achieve this config.
