Alternative to Student Groups in Oracle Learning Cloud

Our current client is using HealthStream as their current LMS system and one of the features provided in that LMS system is a student group. Student groups allow administrators to create, edit and manage defined groups of students. These groups are given a name, and then stored in the system and can be retrieved for purposes of creating assignments, making assignment exemptions, registering students for classes, and generating reports.

So when a student group is created you can provide details about the learning assignments for a course. As and when new employees are to be enrolled in a course, they are added into a student group and the system assigns them the course automatically with the assignment attributes set at the group level.
