DOR Extract failing

Summary:

Hi Folks - We have created a DOR Extract to attach documents to employee Documents of records, the extract fails with the error

ORA_PAY_TRANSFORM_FILE_TYPE_LIST is not provided. Use Max Seq Num from pay_file_details.

Anyone know what could be the issue with this?
