A Custom role to perform Return/Correct on Self received receipts, ONLY VIEW other user's receipts?

Summary:

How to create a custom role to perform Return/Correct on Self received receipts, only view others receipts?

I do not want user to return or correct any others user's receipt, only can view their receipts in Manage Receipts.

I have created one custom role with privileges assigned to it but I cannot see any receipts in Manage Receipts search. Privileges assigned to role are: see Attachment

Am I missing ANY STEP after creating and assigning a custom role to User?
