HSGETVALUE retrieves Numeric Zero for Textual Data

Hi Team,

We have created one custom member for Textual data input. We are able to correctly input textual data for the same. We can check the same in Smart view adhoc also. But when we try to retrieve it through HSGETVALUE function it gives us Numneric Zero value.

Has anyone faced this issue and any solution for the same?
