My Team Supervisor Account with associated Cost Centers Report

Summary:I have been asked to provide a report that lists each supervisor account that has My Team access for one or more cost centers, and then to list the supervisor account along with the cost centers they are managing via My Teams.

Content (required):So far I have been able to use BI Reporting to provide a list of all Supervisor accounts with their designated cost center (tied to their user profile), but this report will not show more than one cost center if they are managing team members from multiple cost centers via My Teams. Basically I am only able to provide that supervisor's own cost center, but the requester wants all of the cost centers the supervisor is managing via My Teams. Is there a report that will capture all of the cost centers a supervisor is managing via My Teams?
