Unable to set default picking at "All"

Summary:

Unable to do a customization to change the default search criteria in the confirm pick slip page. I want to change the default search criteria to "All" instead of "Open"

Content (required):

I want to change the default search criteria for the Confirm pick slip page.

1- I open the sandbox

2- I open page composer

3- I edit the component


3- I change the search criteria default form "open" to "all" as such:

4- When I do "Preview", the pick slips appearing are still only the open pick slips

Has enyone encountered this situation before? Is this normal behavior?
