PER_ASG_DF flexfield values not displayed when accessing in English

Summary:

Hello experts,

we have configured custom assignment fields visible just for Italy.

However, if I access in Italian I can see those fields populated as expected while, if accessing in English, all these fields are blank.

What could it depend on?

All these assignment flexfields have value set linked to custom common lookups.

How can I make values visible when accessing in English as well?
