Can we customize File Name when Exporting Line Items to Excel

Summary:

The file name is auto set to the transaction # followed by the date. We instead want the file name to be auto set based on another commerce quote level attribute value.

Content (required):

We have an action created (with button on the JET UI) with action type set to "Export Line Items". When the button is clicked, the file name for the Excel sheet is auto set to the transaction # followed by the date. Users instead want the file name to be auto set based on another quote level attribute value (SAP inquiry #). Similar to how we can set the output name for XSL views. Is this possible ?
