Summary:

Once we load the historical data [latest completion record] on a Course. Our customer prefers to view only latest completed  records against the course and do not want to create any future assignments. They will decide if a course is recurring or non-recurring post Go-Live and create the required Learning Assignments / Initiatives.

[There are ~1K+ courses to be loaded]
