Endeca search terms - results tracking
Summary: Is there a mechanism to extract what terms customers have searched on Endeca, including failed searches?
Content (required): We are trying to determine how often customers are getting no results when searching for a product. While there are some external tools that can be used to check on some of this information, is there anything stored on the Oracle servers via Endeca that would allow us to see how often users are getting "no results" versus an actual product in their search?
