Hi Team

We are in the process of changing the username in the user accounts in fusion system. When logged in as user before changing the username, user was able to see all the previous worklist notification items. But after changing the user name , user is not able to see all the previous worklist notifications. Ask is how to retrieve previous worklist items after changing the username? Appreciate your quick help on this!
