Unable to open or delete an item in GTM from Frontend

Summary:

We have a item that contains ','(Comma) in its gid. We are unable to perform any action on that item.

Content (required):

We are unable to perform any action on the item, also not able to delete the item from frontend. It gives us an error if we try to delete the item from front end.

We receive the following error when we try to open the item:

Can someone please suggest us an alternate way to delete these kind of error items?
