Workforce Modeling Feature in ORC

Hello everyone,

Currently our client uses an external system outside of Oracle to manage the approval workflow of the ORC, and that gives the opportunity to recruiters without the appropriate authority to create job requisitions when they shouldn't have. We were advised to utilize the Workforce Modeling feature to satisfy this need.

Can anyone share their experience with this feature? Or does anyone know if Oracle has any documentation on how to enable and use Workforce Modeling, because I could only find the documentation on what Workforce Modeling is.
