Securing Learning Admin access to Learning Catalog and Learners based on Segment level security

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Our Client has Segments that are part of an Organization tree. Custom SQL criteria is being successfully used (tying criteria with specific Responsibility Type in SQL) to restrict access to HR Data based on AOR that use that specific Responsibility Type and one of the Segments.

We are not able to achieve the same security for Learning Cloud (for Learning Admins). Has anyone successfully been able to secure Learning Admin access to both Learning Catalog (Content, Classroom, Instructor, Courses, Offerings) and Learners to assign / manager Learning Assignments / Learning Initiatives using Custom SQL criteria (not via AOR by BU or Legal Entity).
