Matrix Manager field not showing up values as recorded in myHR

Summary:

When I try to include Manager Type field into the report & look at options (for Matrix Manager) - don't see Matrix Manager option to pick.

Can you let me know how do we display the Matrix Manager information correctly in our reports please.
