Project Cost search option using Accounting Period as the search field

Hi,

I am trying to search for the Project Cost by using the advance search options and then using Accounting Period as one of the search criteria. The functionality works fine if we select the Accounting Period as equal to. It opens up the LOV for the Accounting Period and we can select the period to get the desired cost results. However, when we select the Accounting Period as "Less then or equal to", the Accounting period LOV does not get displayed. After manually type in the Accounting period, the search brings on all the cost on the project and some
