Description (Required) :OIC should allow reposition of choose condition and while loops

Use Case and Business Need (Required): when its time to reposition the actions in the flow of an integration one is able to reposition all the actions except choose, read in segments and while loops which is causing so much of resistance in the integration design/development because these are the actions that are most commonly used during development and any design change would eventually lead to reposition/changes on these actions.
