Hello,

We have configured all the required steps in Manage Global Search Configuration. Screenshot attached.

Also set the below profile options:

FUSION_APPS_SEARCH_ENABLED - SITE SITE Y

ORA_FND_SEARCH_EXT_ENABLED - SITE SITE Y

HRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED - SITE SITE Y

PER_SEARCH_LOGIN_EVENT_PUB - SITE SITE NONE

Can some please advise what could be missing in the setup?
