Budgetary control period flexibility based on the PPM project.

Content (required):

We have a requirement to control the budget either by project duration or by BC annual period. 

Current requirement - we have configured the project budgetary control with advisory and Annual Budgetary control (BC module against one of the CoA - cost centre segments) as absolute. So, when we create PR/PO with charge account contain the Cost centre value along with project line, then budgetary control check the project budget and BC Cost centre annual budget simultaneously. Will get two fund check result PPM budget as advisory and BC annual budget absolute.
