How to remove Oracle FA Banner on VBS extension page?

Summary:

Hi,

We create VBS extension page from FA-provisioned VBS instance. We'd like to remove the Oracle banner displayed in the extension page like below.

We tried to use UI setting (Application Root Page) to control that. While after we create a new root page in UI setting, we cannot preview the page (e.g. main-start) any more. If I switch UI setting to Redwood Shell, the page works again in page designer.

Can you advise how to get rid of FA banner in the VBS extension page?
