Summary:Changes made to custom LearningRequestApprovalReportTemplate.rtf is not reflecting


Content (required): I copied the seeded Learning Request Approval Report from Shared Folders > Human Capital Management > Workflow Notifications and pasted it in the Shared Folders > Custom > Human Capital Management > Workflow Notifications folder. I then added a new field to the custom RTF. I uploaded the custom LearningRequestApprovalReportTemplate.rtf. But when I submit another learning request the newly added field does not appear on the notifificaton. Is there a background process that needs to be run in order for the change to take effect?
