Approval Rules for Absence leave

Summary:

Hi Experts, We need to create rule in transaction console such that if a back dated absence is withdrawn it requires approval from the line manager.

Please help me how to set condition so that I can identify back dated absence withdraw request .

For withdraw request I have identified condition as notification name to DELETE in the condition . Stuck with back dated absence part.
