Adding a menu in My client group

Summary:

Can't add a menu ( a sub menu ) into My client group

Content (required):

In structure-

1. I enter my client group . I click on Create. I can only add a new item into one of the existing group. I can’t add a new group in my client group.

2.1.      I try to do it in Navigation Configuration . I click on existing menu (1)

And try to duplicate it (2)

But although I see the new menu in Navigation Configuration , I can’t see it when I enter my client group
