Absences duration calculation with Saturdays (according to French legislation)

Summary:

Content (required):

As per clientrequirements we need to count in absence duration saturdays (not all saturdays but only 5 per year). For example, if you take vacation from 29/08/2022 to 01/10/2022, all saturdays will be included and total duration will be 30 days. But then, if the same person want to take another week of vacation in October from 17/10 to 23/10, saturdays should not be included and total duration should be 5 days.

As per Enterprise work schedule all employees work from Monday to Friday (they never work on Saturdays). Sundays and calendar events are always exluded from absence duration.

As of now we are using conversion formula "Global Absence Type Duration" but existing solution is not stable. Could you please recommend if the conversion formula is a right tool to realize this type of requirements?
