EPM Automate - question on FCCS app audit data

We're currently reviewing user activity in FCCS to understand better what tasks users are carrying out on the system.

The app audit extract from epm automate has thrown up some questions, also raised via

SR 3-30644964671

There's an entry in the user app audit, which appears to be changes in access rights to 'write' access to a particular artifact lablled 98412. However we do not recognise this reference or artifact. It's not a dimension or dimension member (e.g. account) in the application. Is there a way of tracing what the origin/source of this item is?
