How to Mass Assign Area of Responsibility Template to User Job Role

We are looking into using Areas of Responsibility to dynamically secure job requisitions within ORC based on the Recruiting Type dimension for recruiters. We have created a security profile for job requisition and enabled it for Area of Responsibility for Recruiting and selected Recruiting Type. This security profile was added to the job requisition dimension as part of the custom recruiter data role.

What I am looking for is best practice as to how AoR can be mass assigned to users with the recruiter data role. For example, our goal is to create an AoR template and secure based on the job requisition dimension and restrict job requisitions to those if recruiting type is equal to Exempt, as an example. This AoR template should be mass assigned to all users with this specific recruiter data role. As of now, I have been manually assigning AoR to specific people and testing has worked fine, but we need this to be mass assigned to users
