Approval flow should change according to the input provided during the transaction

Summary: We have a requirement where once the Resignation is raised and goes for approval to Line manager . The line manager is expected to provide Notice Period input (DFF field in the system). The approval should be routed to different Representatives based on the Line manager. So the first level of approver should be the Line manager. After the Line manager has approved then the approval should be routed to different employee.

Is this requirement possible in Fusion ?

If so how can we do the approval set-up.
